THEO SALTER pursued acting for many years before transitioning to being a writer and producer.  He received his undergraduate degree History at Bowdoin College, Maine, where he focused on theater, the highlight of which was the central role of Philip K. Dick in Victoria Stewart’s 800 WORDS.  After graduation, he moved to New York and worked for Richard Frankel Productions (Hairspray, Young Frankenstein, Gypsy, STOMP), and used that experience while he ran two off-off Broadway theater companies before moving to Los Angeles in 2013. While in New York, he also studied, trained and enhanced his appreciation of theater at the Stella Adler Conservatory.

He currently works freelance for the Gersh Agency in their film and television departments, and also does private script consulting for his own company, Nomad Lit. While he is currently working on several scripts for film, he is still devoted to this play about the great historical figure, and unsung heroine of the early feminist movement, Victoria Woodhull.
